Screen printing orders start at 24 pieces, direct embroidery requires a minimum of 12 pieces, and patches have a minimum of 25 pieces. Direct to garment (DTG), Direct to Film (DTF), and vinyl processes do not have minimums.
The minimum quantities for promotional products vary depending on the specific items. For precise details and to place an order, please contact our team.
We offer the capability to fulfill smaller order on requests; however, certain limitations may apply regarding the number of colors and placements available.

Our standard turnaround times for custom orders are as follows:
Screen Printing: 2 weeks from artwork approval.
Embroidery: 2-3 weeks from artwork approval.
DTF, DTG, and Vinyl Services: Less than 1 week from artwork approval.

Our awesome art department can jump in at any stage of your project. Many of our clients provide their own print ready artwork, but we’re also great at creating custom designs. We always provide upfront quotes so there are no surprises.
If providing your own files the preferred format is always Vector (PDF, EPS, SVG, Ai) however we can also work with Raster based images as well (Jpeg, PNG, PSD). If using raster images the resolution must be at 300 dpi or higher at ACTUAL print size. If exporting from Canva please select SVG.
If your images are not print-ready, we can recreate and adjust them, though design fees may apply.

We provide mockups with EVERY order before production begins for approval. If any adjustment are needed we are happy to make them beforehand. Every client is required to approve their mock up before production. We are not responsible for replacing or discounting items that are produced correctly according to a mock-up approved by the client.

Our standard screenprinting size accommodates dimensions up to 13” x 16” for most garments.
For those requiring larger prints, we offer oversized print options up to 17” x 17” for an additional fee.
Please note that print size is determined by the smallest garment in your order. It's important to understand that while garment sizes may vary, the screen size remains the same.

We specialize in plastisol inks for durable, vibrant custom apparel. We also offer a range of specialty options including water-based, discharge, metallic, glow-in-the-dark, foil, and puff printing.
Need custom colors? Our Custom PMS Matching service ensures your exact shade, with a $20 mixing charge per color.

We're capable of printing up to 9 spot colors per design.
Additionally, we offer CMYK and Simulated Process Printing, which can reduce the number of screens required while preserving the full spectrum of color variations. These advanced printing techniques deliver high-quality results, perfect for intricate and multicolored artwork.
Please note these techniques require halftones to produce the images.

We gladly accept customer-provided items for customization. Please note that additional fees may apply. While we take utmost care in handling all items, we do not replace items if any misprints or damages were to occur during the customization process.

We accept all forms of payment to make your transaction as convenient as possible. Please note that credit card payments incur a processing fee of 4%. For those who prefer other methods, we also accept Check, Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, ApplePay and ACH payments, all of which are fee-free.
Before production, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due in full upon completion and before pickup.
Net terms are available upon request for approved accounts.
